Tia is a scam - I had an appointment yesterday with a provider and I still haven't heard anything back from the doc and it's been over 24 hours. No contact regarding my Rx or therapy referral. The doc was also really undermining of my medical issues and said my medication is just a "bandaid" and I should try red-light therapy and acupuncture instead. Do not waste your money here. I paid over $1,400 and repeatedly left appointments feeling dismissed, unheard, and frustrated. The doctors constantly answered basic concerns with “I don’t know” instead of providing real guidance, solutions, or professionalism. This place focuses more on aesthetics and branding than actual patient care. For the amount they charge, the level of medical attention and expertise was unacceptable. I have been with Tia for about a year and I love it! When changing insurance, my main focus was finding affirming care that I felt confident was listening to my concerns and overall health. Tia has been all of that. I trust that every provider I see is going to listen, hear me, and provide the best path to move forward. Highly recommend!
This place is cute and feels warm but not the best clinicians. I had a NP that was super condescending. I work with doctors and dentist from all over the states and they don’t treat their patients, especially new ones, in this manner. She also frowned upon her medical asst when I asked if the medical asst was also an NP. I got billed for an exam and I literally talked to the NP for 10 min. Terrible experience.
