I had a wonderful experience with NP Stephanie Kim at Tia in Playa Vista. She is amazing! She truly listens to all of my concerns, takes the time to understand what I’m going through, and works with me to come up with a clear game plan. I really appreciate how caring, thorough, and attentive she is. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling heard and supported. I highly recommend Stephanie Kim to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable provider!
I have waited so long to post this review because I wanted to like this place SO BAD, because it is an amazing concept! Unfortunately, it does not make this concept a reality. I had multiple times I went to them for extreme fatigue and health issues. I had to beg them for bloodwork when I experienced extreme hair loss, but they didn’t even flag that my ferritin levels halved & were extremely suboptimal. I had to figure this out myself. I wrote to Tia regarding quite a few concerns from a visit at this location, and the message I received back from the regional manager Coy was dismissive, missed the majority of my points, and put the blame on me for not knowing beforehand how their office location worked. I arrived 5 minutes early but because the entrance isn’t actually on millennium drive, I could not find it. Giving two stars instead of one because one of the ladies at the front is always so kind, accommodating and warm! I don’t know her name but she is the only good thing about this location. Horrible OBGYN. Horrible skincare doctor. Both so dismissive and short and then im billed eight million dollars.
