This clinic provides exceptional care. The staff is efficient and welcoming, and my appointment with Dr. Shrayyef was excellent. He is a thorough specialist who actually listens and makes sure you understand every part of your treatment. It’s a relief to finally be in such capable hands. I’m very glad I found this place."
Poor experience with this facilty and I do not recommend it unless you like being treated unfairly and interrogated. Personal details not provided prompted deliberate delays, testing completed and no possibility to book any appointments with the doctor, assistant nurse is rude and unprofessional. I sent an email asking if a referral was required and shared a run down of symptoms and history. Expecting a simple, empathetic response, I got a snotty email stating they DO NOT answer medical questions via email. No kidding Einstein, I have Googled every symtom. The overwhelming suggestion was to contact an Endocrinologist. All I wanted to know is if I need a referral.
