Disrespectful staff especially dr shrayyef and his assistant Abdulrahman. They deserve 0 stars! Unprofessional conduct from physician!
If i could give dr shrayyef and his assistant Abdulrahman zero stars i would. Very racist and very disrespectful they called my mom and Abdulrahman the assistant was very disrespectful and screaming on the phone for no reason just because my mom couldnt get her blood work in time as she had a dental surgery done. Very very disrespectful please dont visit if you want professional help. All they care about is taking money through ohip. I’m already going through legal process to deal with their disrespect.
Been there once never again. Endo treated me like I'm a T1D newbie, didn't listen to what I had to say and told me that if I'll become a better diabetic he will consider putting me on the insulin pump, which I had at home already and didn't need him to promise me an insulin pump candy/price. Didn't see me as a person, saw me as failure, and didn't listen to the rest of the autoimmune conditions that had brought me to that place. Never go there if you have T1D over 20 years. I am glad I moved from LMC to Thyroid and Hormones Endocrinology Center. Dr. Shrayyef is a great doctor who always takes a proactive approach in medicine. My results improved significantly. It is always great to feel better and see good results! I definitely recommend Dr. Shrayyef.
One of the best medical experiences EVER. Dr. Bole was attentive, forthright and patient. At no point did I feel the appt was rushed as he addressed all my concerns. I believe the appt was over 45 minutes in length. It’s refreshing to experience a doctor who actually listens and treat their patients personably and with respect. Office is bright & modern, with ample parking.
