The only ones to really back up their work! I have been going to Thurston Country Transmission for years. They are the only transmission service shop that backs up their rebuilds for the life of the vehicle, and the warranty is even transferable once! They are also one of the few to tell you that you need to change your transmission fluid and filter on a regular basis, just like in your engine. If everyone did that, then most of the other guys would not have any work to do!

Don't know what her problem is! I have received excellent service from TCT. I have been with them for 10yrs now with different vehicles I own, and they have always been thorough with the job, and I always could get a question answered if I needed one. Their prices are competitive with other transmission shops, but their lifetime warranty is the BEST of all. DO NOT take your vehicle here The staff is friendly enough but when I dropped off my husbands vehicle to have some work done, I got several calls saying they couldn't find this or that, they couldn't remove the face plate on his radio and didn't know the answers to hardly any of the questions I asked. I left the vehicle there anyway and it took them a week to get it complete. After picking it up there was something else wrong that wasn't wrong when we dropped it off.
