I usually don’t write reviews. I wanted to do so because I am so pleased with your good service. I had my BMW at a shop, I had to take it back three times and they had my car for a week each time and were not able to fix my car. The guys at Thurston County Transmission only had my BMW for 3 days and now my car works better than new, Thank you so much for fixing my car. Jack H

best transmission shop! I drive a 2005 dodge with over 135,000 miles on it. I WISH I would have found Thurston County Transmission sooner. I'm sure I would have saved myself a lot of time and money! Larry happens to be a Transmission expert, so I got very lucky there! He has advised me on several things outside of just transmission work. The guys at Thurston County Transmission really do go above and beyond. Staff is great, I love the family atmosphere. I purchased a vehicle from a previous customer of Tct's and I got to transfer the warranty over to me which was a good sale for the guy I bought my truck from. So as long as I keep up with the maintenance services also I get the Lifetime warranty. I feel I made a great buy with the truck. I was hesitant to buy the Ford because of the problems I hear they have. I am so glad I found such a great deal.

My Friend in Need I have always done business with Thurston County Transmission over the years, and I have a elderly friend who was in need of work done to her van. I brought it in one day to be checked out, which there was no charge to diagnosis the vehicle, awesome, thank you for that. After having the van checked out they were able to fix what needed to be done that day and get her on her way. This is her only way of transportation because it's her handicap van. Great customer service Transmission trouble brought me to a repair shop to see what was wrong. Though the shop was unable to remedy the problem, I was referred to Thurston County Transmission. There Larry got my car in and the transmission rebuilt for a reasonable price and with minimal down-time. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process, drove me to and from my residence and the shop, and answered my (numerous) questions in great detail. I called Thurston County Transmission when my transmission went out on my 2001 Jaguar XJ8. After speaking with Larry and reading the positive reviews I decided to give them a shot. I knew that the dealer ship would be too much money, and the "dealer" alternative shops are in the same orbit despite their claims otherwise. Saved me money and awesome job! Larry and the guys at Thurston County Transmission are simply the best. My BMW 745i was giving me the blues, numerous errors, jerky gear shifting. Initially diagnosed as a TCM(transmission control module) problem with a cost of $3500.00 I was ready to park it. Larry and his guys checked it out and repaired my car at a cost of less than 25% of the $3500.00 original estimate. Thank you Larry.
