Runs Goog Thanks! I am so pleased that Thurston county transmission was able to diagnose my dodge ram 2500 diesel truck transmission correctly. I had my truck at a shop, they said they fixed it, but after getting my truck back, the problem was still there. A friend told me to go to Thurston county transmission and talk to Larry, he is an expert on diesel trucks, so I did and they diagnosed the problem accurately and were able to fix it. I got my truck the next day and everything was perfect. Thank you so much!
Great customer service Transmission trouble brought me to a repair shop to see what was wrong. Though the shop was unable to remedy the problem, I was referred to Thurston County Transmission. There Larry got my car in and the transmission rebuilt for a reasonable price and with minimal down-time. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process, drove me to and from my residence and the shop, and answered my (numerous) questions in great detail. Thurston county transmission Thurston county transmission was one of the best tranny shops I have ever been to, Wayne was helpful and educational on getting the issues with my tranny shifting hard sot out and did so with the help of the owner Larry in a fashionable manor. Worth the Trip While on my way to Lacey, Wa to visit over the Thanksgiving holiday, my vehicle developed a transmission problem driving up from Az. My family referred me to Thurston County Transmission to have it checked out. Although I wasn't thrilled with my transmission breaking down I am thrilled I took it to this shop. WONDERFUL & VERY GRATEFUL What a wonderful team of people at this shop. Had excellent service- my repairs didn't cost as much as I was worried about. Their quality of work was wonderful, they got the work done in a timely manner, and such a friendly atmosphere. HOC I recently had TCT check out my '87 Cadillac Allante that had been in storage for some time and now the trans wasn't shifting like it should. Wayne at TCT talked me through what might be the problem but instead of "sticking it to me" suggested that we should start with a simple, inexpensive trans service. Thurston County Transmission is Not recomended by me! I chose Thurston County Transmission because of their lifetime warranty. Thank god for the warranty, because my car has been back there for the same problem 3 times already. I am frustrated and inconvenienced by this. As soon as I got my car back the first time, I noticed it was leaking. I took it back and they told me that they needed to replace a seal.
