BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! You will not find a more knowledgeable and always friendly staff anywhere!!! Dr. Thurman is hands down the best orthodontist EVER!!! It was very embarrassing for me at over 30 to decide to finally get braces but Dr. Thurman and every single person that works there made my experience one of the most comfortable and happy experiences of my life!!! I just got my braces put on 4 days ago. To start the office is so welcoming when you enter, the staff greets you right away, letting you know they have a coffee bar and brushing station(brushing station- what a great idea! How many of you go to the dentist from work or after you eat and wish you could brush your teeth!). And the xrays, super easy! I also had my 4 year old with me for my appt. they were great with her. I have over twenty years experience in customer service and a bachelors degree in business with an emphasis in marketing and I can say that T.O. are so good that they could write the book on how to best serve your patients. Very impressive.
We visited 3 different Orthos in Bakersfield and we went with Thurman for the amazing staff, cool laid back atmosphere, same day braces, interest fee financing, and Dr T really won my son over!

My daughter Jalyssa loved the staff and dr.thurman everybody was super nice and explained every details to the T... thank you again for a wonderful experience on my daughter getting braces !!!!!

From the moment i pulled up in the parking lot there was a welcome sign with my name on it. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. I am so glad I decided to come here!! It’s going to be an amazing 14 months!!!
