Yesterday I took my daughter into the office to have a consultation for braces. When we arrived they had the cutest sign outside that said welcome and had all the first names of their patients for the day (I’m assuming the new patients) my daughter loved it! When we got inside we were greeted by the amazing front desk staff who checked us in very quickly and had us take a seat where we only sat about 5 mins before being taken into the back. went in because I won a coupon in a basket that Dr. T donated for my friend’s Diabetic Dog fundraiser. I took in my two daughters, not only did they honor the coupon but we also got a sibling discount. The fun and friendly staff made my teens feel super welcomed. Not to mention they offered my little one, multiple times, snacks and gadgets to keep him happy and entertained the entire time we were there. I went to Thurman Orthodontics for the first time yesterday. The staff was great; they were very welcoming. And their process is super fast. I was able to get a consultation and put my braces on in less than two hours.

Oh my goodness, I cant even say how very special and welcome everyone makes you feel here. My daughter Rachel was so excited to get her braces today!! Everyone just told her all she needed to know to get thru the first few days, treated her great as they do everyone that I saw. Dr T. has his mission, vision, theme and the realness down pat! After not being a 100% satisfied with another orthodontist. I did some of my own research for an Orthodontist. After reading numerous reviews about Thurman office I called and booked a consultation for my daughter. They worked around my daughters school schedule. Once we walked in the staff immediately greeted us. Everything was so fast. It seemed like within 30 minutes she had her x-rays done and we were sitting in the consultation.
