My friend from my job told me about Dr Therman after arriving here I thought the people were very nice but I thought they were nice because it was our first time here but low and behold every time I come there just still so sweet #lovethisplace
They are seriously the sweetest people from the moment of walking in the door! Flexible payment plans, this is my second go around and I had a much better process of putting them on the than the first time, plus I have three kids! The kids were set up with gold fish, juice box (honest brand) and toys so they were able to play and hubby sat in the waiting room with them. The whole team is super friendly, etc I would 100% recommend them.
From the moment you walk in, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I love that there isn't a billion pages of paperwork! My daughter had her first visit and her braces on the same day! The staff was very helpful in explaining the payment options so there were no surprises. My daughter was nervous about getting her braces on, but the tech was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. They even sent a video afterwards showing her how to brush! We love Thurman!
Thurman Orthodontics is by far the best place to go for braces! They are so welcoming and it takes the edge off of being nervous while at the dentist. They answered all of my questions and explained the process of getting braces. I also LOVE that they called to check in on me the next couple of days knowing I was sore. That truly shows that they care for their patients. Another plus, wait times are great and everyone always has a smile on their face.
My son Marcos got his braces on today! Jess and her trainee were great! She was very patient, and explained all the steps as she went! She did everything to make sure my son was comfortable! Thank you! We look forward to our next visit!
My daughter has been going to see Thurman for a little while now and Today she got her braces off. He and his team did a great job on my daughter that she didn’t have to have them on for a long time! Highly recommended their office. Best Orthodontist By far! Fast and friendly office team!
