This is a wonderful place to stay! Clean rooms, family oriented and the views are super! The staff is very helpful and kind and the maid service was great.

Love the Thunderbird! My bestie's family has been going there every Labor day weekend for 30 years or more (with me and a few others in tow). It's a great location, staff is friendly, has a restaurant right there with plenty of shopping within walking distance. Wouldn't want to spend it anywhere else.
Very outdated. They tried to update with paint and bedding but it did not help. Room was way below our typical standards. Not clean or livable. The bathroom was straight from the 60s and needs a complete gut and remodel. The staff was wonderful like so many people mentioned and we wanted to give them a chance. Last straw was a cockroach in our room the day we left. Never again. Just spent hours digging through our luggage inspecting every article of clothing and pocket. We do not want cockroaches in our home.
I love this hotel. I like that it's on the smaller side. Not crowded and very relaxing. It was very clean and the staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. It is also in an good location. In walking distance to many things you might need. I've already booked my next stay.
WOW! What a great place to stay. Management and staff very friendly and caring. Took care of an issue in our room, immediately and with smiles. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. Pools were clean and sparkling blue. Parking is tight. We will definitely be back!!!
