Tony is the man! Went in for a warranty driveshaft replacement on my Ram 2500 and had a very positive experience, as always. They got my truck into service right away and even provided shuttle service to and from my house while the work was being done, which made everything super easy and convenient. Disappointed with this company. My husband purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee and traded in his 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Although the service was tedious, it was eventually completed. When we tried to remove some additional insurance policies, our calls and texts were ignored, and my husband had to go in person. Later, we noticed that the Jeep Grand Cherokee was sold without a piece that goes underneath the doors (not a step). One of the worst dealerships. No ethics, bought my vehicle and had it delivered, when I received the car the tires had been exchanged and know one took responsibility for it.
Would not recommend their Parts Dept. They sold me a defective alternator that failed during the 2-year part warranty period. They refuse to refund the labor which is covered under the 2-year MOPAR Part Guarantee. Then after I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and we agreed to split the labor, they now still refuse to send me my half, something that they had already agreed to refund.
