We were so pleased with the service we received when we brought our Ram 3500 truck in to get something checked out with the transmission. The mechanic actually came up with a great option and my husband was thrilled. They even helped me retrieve a set of keys I accidentally dropped in the storm drain. Excellent customer service and communication.

Went in pretty late last night just to "look at options". Was greeted by Josh and Mr. VandeSande. There was NO PRESSURE into buying anything, but both men were very patient with us and we came out with a new truck ! Traded our truck and although had negative equity Josh and Mr. VandeSande worked miracles for us in a matter of minutes. Sorry for keeping ya'll so late. We appreciate everything ya'll did for Luis and I. We are very happy with our new truck !
To make a very long story short, I am so disappointed in this dealership. Bought a used truck from them out right (40k) and the sales rep said he could only put 20 dollars in, due to the sales managers new rule on used trucks. Not a huge deal, but come on guys... I bought several trucks in my time, Lake Wales GMC fully detailed my 3.0 and filled that sucker up to the brim. Thats what people remember.
