Would not recommend their Parts Dept. They sold me a defective alternator that failed during the 2-year part warranty period. They refuse to refund the labor which is covered under the 2-year MOPAR Part Guarantee. Then after I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and we agreed to split the labor, they now still refuse to send me my half, something that they had already agreed to refund.
Wanted to update my review. Matt is awesome. Sent my car up for an issue from a new set of tires I got here in Parrish. Matt looked at it for me and without asking took car of a recall issue. I have been so impressed with this place with buying cars and having them serviced. People there are very nice. But I took my jeep in for service. They diagnosed it, and after 3 weeks, I was happy to pay in cash $1635. Made it less than a mile and the problem returned so I took it back. They couldn't fix it saying it was the computer and it's discontinued. Can't refund my money, won't return my calls. I was going to buy a new jeep after fixing mine. But I absolutely will not buy from them or trust them again. Go elsewhere until they make this right. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership or their service/repair department based on my recent experiences. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler due to a malfunctioning door sensor and an issue with the keyless entry system, which prevented the door from locking and unlocking properly.
