Terrible service. The woman who returns phone calls is rude as all heck. Wouldn't do business with them.
Accessed through my property , damage my road screen Miscathus to access Consumer pipeline when they had a clear access point off Consumers Property . I’ll supervised or just lazy crew . Was asked to be contacted when they were to the pipeline work and nothing . Third time so it warranted a this poor rated review ! Unacceptable business . I will file a complaint with Consumers also .
They trespassed onto my property without notice and poisoned over a hundred feet of trees and plants I had cultivated for over a decade. Trees that already had clearance approval from the power company.
Best tree service in Alpena, possibly the best in Northern Michigan! Great people doing great work day in day out!
