Thunder Basin has the worst customer service. When I called about my cats emergency, the woman was incredibly rude. Told me if I wasnt a client she couldn't help me. I was upset but did not say anything to warrant her hanging up on me. My boyfriend called back, to which she hung up on as well... When he tried again, she cursed at him and mocked him as he tried to get help for our sick cat. Is this the kind of person that should be representing your company???
A complete and utter disgrace of a business. You better get professionals that will better your customer service and overall reputation. There are indeed better choices and options for animal care. Consumer beware.
