Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Hands down the best dealership I have been too in the past 43 years of purchasing trucks, buying parts and getting services done.
I quit going to Thunder Basin Ford because their service dept was terrible. However, I had a recall on my Ford F-150 this August, 2026 and the personnel didn't very good job, from contacting me before hand, doing the work and completing it quickly. Different folks working there mostly that all were friendly, professional and did their job.
I just want to thank you for your prompt response to my service need, additionally thank you for the courtesy ride & pick up while my truck was being serviced, it was worth the drive from Rapid City to Gillette to have the work preformed. 5 Stars
Had a light fall out on my mirror and took it in on Friday and they looked at it and ordered the part for me and Monday they installed it Monday morning.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS !!!!!!!!! bought 2 brand new trucks, both got stress cracks in the windshield. One was driven home and parked for 3 weeks. both were sent to novus glass to be told it was a rock chip so the warrenty wouldnt cover it. One i had 4 other glass companies look at that gave me written statements that it was a stress crack. THUNDER BASIN FORD WILL NOT HONOR ANY WARRENTIES
