My 17 year old son just purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry, the Bluetooth screen lit up and buttons worked on top part of screen but as soon as he went to connect his phone that button did not work and It was advertised as having Bluetooth, so within 2 hours of purchasing he brought back and notified the only salesman present what had happened he said he would have Jack his salesman get ahold of him Monday, did not happen. Please avoid if possible. They will try to squeeze every dollar out of you. Would rather drive two hours to Casper or Rapid to do any work at ford. We tried to give them our business but they tried to overcharge for everything.
On short notice they got my truck right in and had me back on the road just a couple of hours later. First class people and place to do business with!
We are very disappointed with the service my daughter received after purchasing her Ford Explorer. She was told the pre-collision sensor failed due to an “impact,” even though she has never wrecked her car and had barely driven it. As this is her first car purchased here in Gillette, we are extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. You can—and should—do better.
I remember when small town businesses were the place to go because they cared about their customers. Well it is safe to say that is no longer the case with this place. I myself have bought many vehicles from them and my kids and grandkids bought their first cars from there. But never again and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
