The service team was very prompt getting our vehicle back to us
Brittany was so great to work with I would buy from Brittany and Thunder Basin again
The only reason they are getting a two star is because of the sales department. If you are looking to buy a car they can be great to work with. The service department has been extremely difficult to work with. Two times I have dropped my vehicle off for service and the job was not completed correctly. After the second mess up I went to another mechanic who was happy to help me and troubleshooted the problem in minutes. Took them 1 month to fix my vehicle and after warranty still want to charge me 500.00. Avoid at all cost. Head to spearfish or rapid city
Dusty and Paul were exceptionally helpful. No nonsense, really helped my aunt find what she needed within her budget. No pressure to exceed it either. They were knowledgeable and kind. In and out in about an hour. 10/10 recommend!
