I booked a birthday party with thrive therapy and the booking experience and communication was smooth and easy with the event coordinator (Alicea). The party was booked from 1pm-3pm and a 15 minute breakdown. However, on the day of the party as it was approaching the end of the party the staff member who was present (Destiny) had an unpleasant deamonor. Sadly, I was so disappointed by the open play. The layout of the space is a little wonky. It feels closed off and there were several elements that were marked as not to be played with (only used for therapy, which is fine), but they remained in plain sight. Overall, it was a little disorganized. Books were all over the lobby and had gunk on them. The space was too packed and it was overwhelming for my 19 month old.
