After having both frozen shoulder surgery and a mild tear in my right rotator cuff, I continued to have issues with "popping" and "catching" in my right shoulder. After less than 6 visits, I have improved drastically, from the mid 50% range to the 80% range. I am getting better shoulder load during work outs, and my grip strength is improving.
