The staff/receptionist here is too lazy. My dog was sneezing last night but was fine all day. She's pushing us to go to Access emergency instead of being seen by the doctor. No wonder there's no patient. Don't bring your pets here. It was called urgent care but staff doesn't want to work. This staff should be fired.

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was so kind and so helpful. The service was quick and very compassionate. We will definitely go back if we need further urgent care!

I can't say enough great things about Thrive. From the front desk to the assistants to the vet, the staff is absolutely amazing and obviously care deeply about our pets. Took my sick kitty in, was seen very quickly, and they were able to diagnose and treat the problem while keeping me up to date on his status and the potential costs all along the way.

So efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I wish they are a regular vet office not urgent care.
