I placed an order in March for a shelving system. Finally got it delivered in April. They sent the wrong one. Contacted them about fixing it and they assured me they would send the correct items. I never got an order number so I contacted them again. I was told they were on backorder and I would get them as soon as they were in stock. This was the first of May and it's now the first of June. They do not honor the published shelf life of their products! Stay away!
Start by getting decent customer Service
Customer service of late is non existent. Issues happen. Covid happened. But completely ignoring your customers shouldn’t happen.
Carrots were inedible before shelf life end under excellent storage conditions. Customer service was condescending. No more for me.
