horrible customer service!!! they don't care about customers at all!! they need to learn how to go above and beyond for their customers.
We have been trying to resolve an issue with Thrive since March with repeated emails and failed promises that someone would get back with us. To date nobody has!!! We purchased thrive for situations as such as we are in today!!! And the products have not been up to par. We’ve sent videos pictures etc... and have repeatedly asked for help. They’re pretty good at taking all of your money but only sending you a portion of your order. I will be deleting my monthly deliveries.
Thrive Life was extremely slow processing our Order and two items were missing from the order when we received it. We placed our order on June 9, 2020, shortly after, we were told there would be a delay due to Thrive relocating to another warehouse. On June 16 we received an email saying our order would be shipped by June 19. When we finally received our order on July 3, two of the items we paid for were missing. Better service - Better food - Better refund process.
I have had the worst customer experience of my life with this company. I ordered the Variety Can System (24” Black) on March 6. Today is June 17 and I am still waiting for 8 crossbars. In addition to missing parts, the frame was bent and scratched. I understand that probably happened in the shipping process, so I can live with that. However, the shelving unit is useless without crossbars. I have sent numerous emails and have only received a few responses from the company.
