Sasha and Alex saved my life and my marriage. After having my first baby, I struggled with post partum anxiety and depression. I felt so alone and overwhelmed. Taking their course and tapping in to their resources helped me navigate my marriage while adjusting to having a baby, feel less alone, and gave me tools to cope. Preparing4baby has been a great resource for me as a soon to be mom! Not only have I learned and grown from my experience taking the course but my husband has very much enjoyed the curriculum Sasha and Alex provide as it is inclusive to partners. The course is easy to navigate and includes homework after each lesson which allowed us to genuinely reflect as well as apply tools and skills directly to our life. Preparing4Baby was an amazing resource for my husband and I in preparation for our first child. We took so many "classes" before she was born, but this was the only one that addresses the mental and emotional aspects of having a baby. It guided us through looking at who we want to be as individual parents, co-parents and as a couple.
