They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They very rude and condescending when I tried to refill my prescription. They didn't believe a word I said and didn't even give me my prescription. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try.
