Customer service is horrible when you do manage to get in contact with them. They and Johnstone are the only supply houses refusing admittance during King Inslee’s decree. At least Johnstone makes it obvious that the lobby is closed by putting a barrier in front of the door. The only sign these people had on the door was to wear a mask before entry. There is a tiny sign on the window around the corner saying you can’t come in, but in Gensco, Airefco and Thermal they allow lobby access. Maybe a sign on the door and/or a cone ... read more
