The folks at "Thrifty" always go the extra mile to search inventory or online suppliers to find that unusual odd part that I often require. Most parts are available off their well stocked shelves. Starting out as a newbie general contractor 30 plus years ago I've gained a wealth of plumbing knowledge while standing in front of the parts counter and perusing the bins as my order was collected. This business is not a retail establishment. They supply to contractors and other account holders.
Being a contractor for over 30 years and licensed in CA and OR, I have never ran into a company with such rude service (Nancy in particular). Prices are extremely high on top of it and I’m not receiving invoices with the statements. After only 2 months I have cancelled my account. You’re much better off shopping at a home improvement center or online. The majority of ratings appear to be from people in the company.
Doesn't carry basic supplies Likes to keep you waiting in line.
Good inventory of supplies and very helpful staff. It's a great contractor supply site.
