If you register as a blue chip member the process is simple and fast. You don't stand in line downstairs but go directly to the thrifty area of the parkade. Your name and stall number will be on a computer screen. Checkout takes minutes. Dropping off is even faster. I have I my rented as a blue chip member and I have had great success. The total time from the arrival at the rental car building to driving out of the building was under 15 minutes.

I've been using thrifty for my rental needs for at least the past 8-9 years, this was the first time I was unhappy with my rental experience, I know it was New Year's Eve weekend and it was busy. I booked a wildcard vehicle, like ive done in the past and knew I'd most likely would get a compact, no prob. They told me to pick from a row full of hatchback cars, and I asked the female attendant if I could get a car with trunk, to which she said I'd have to get a car with drup

When I do my blue chip reservation I make sure either I get the full size car or SUV and last rental with you the person assigning the car gave me an Elantra but I told him im on a full size so I expect a full size because that's what I paid for but he insisted he's kinna young gentleman wearing eye glasses. But next time pls trained them right.
