There were charges on my Amex card that couldn't be explained. I talked to customer service they don't know what it was. I was charged $87 out of the blue.

I had a good rental
Fast and efficient
Picking up your car and having it waiting is great in this location if you are a Blue Chip member. The only thing that happened that was negative was when we were checking out, we had to go back choose a different car because this one was scheduled for an oil change. We got into a second car and the driver's seat was reclined back and it could not be moved forward to a more upright position. So we had to move our luggage and items again! This shouldn't have happened and it never has before for me at this same location.
We really like the Blue Chip membership. It avoids the long lineups. The last two times my name wasn't on the display screen but they eventually found reservation on computer and we went on our way. The lighting is always terrible in the car park. The people have all been great.
The staff is friendly and efficient the only downside was we upgraded to a convertible Camaro and it wasn't very clean.. Disappointed based on how much we paid for that upgrade.
