Worst company ever . My reservation was for 4 pm my flight was delayed and we arrived at 5 pm when calling customer service told us that they were already closed and that my reservation had been put as that I had not shown up (even when I rented I wrote my flight number) but they never sent me the information for the pick-up. They said I had to wait until the next day to talk to the Las Vegas office, after 11 calls they told me they didn't have any vans available ( incredible) . The website I used clearly said unlimited mileage. But when I got there I had to pay for anything over 375. ðEverything else was fine.
Pick up was super easy and price was great. Drop off was the same. Everyone super nice! Had kids, so shuttle took us across the street! Thanks again!
To all Nevada residence, if you book through any online page. Make sure you ready their disclosure on mileage. When I booked through Expedia it said unlimited mileage and when I got the vehicle it only came with 350 miles. So if you you didnât read their disclosure because you have to get in like 3 different pages. To see there mileage notice. I was not happy ð¡
Warm employees... They were very professional I was very pleased with all the services I received. I will reccomend AVR Airport Van Rental to family and friends anytime.
The agents were great. Just be sure not to leave anything behind in the vehicle because the lot lizards that work there will steal it.
The customer service was excellent. Location was great.
Awesome experience have rented from AVR 3 times and its great prices are perfect for a van can't beat the prices.
