Do your homework before using this company, and go somewhere else. Ordered and paid for a tank from then 16 months ago, and always got the "supply chain issues, you are next on the list" run around. I've given up, and am now trying to figure out how to get my money back. Only people you can reach on the phone are people who can't do anything, and tell you to call direct extensions that go to voicemail. Terrible communication. Cannot believe they are still in business.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. These people are the worst. Won't deliver a full tank. Takes months to get a delivery. Customer service is terrible and non-professional. Do yourself a huge favor and buy from somewhere else, you will not know how much aggravation that you saved yourself.
Horrible!! They used to be a good company. I don't know what is going on. Last winter we waited 2 months. Barely used so that we wouldn't run out. Kept temperature at 60. I got to the point that I would call daily. Horrible service. But they love taking your money!
You just have to know how to deal with Thrifty. They are the cheapest Propane around, especially when you prebuy, and I have been using them for almost ten years. I know when I place my order, they will be here on the 15th business day, which is usually 30 calendar days. I never wait until my tank is low, I always call at 40% and tell them I’m at 30% and it works out. OMG they have a hard time answering the phone let alone trying to get a delivery- pay more somewhere else and be happier
