I bought my car one year ago! Staff was very friendly, Mark was not pushy either. I told him I was just looking. (Although I had a 2004 Civic.) I was very impressed with car, all salesmen were pleasant and friendly towards us. Dish was able to get my payments lower than I requested. I continue to refer people to Dish! :)
I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Though the people were friendly they sold me a money pit car. I have paid out more in repairs than I have paid on the vehicle thus far. I bought the vehicle in January & so far have paid out $2,000 in repairs. When i called them to tell them about the issues i was having they didn't seem to care at all. I highly recommend buying a car from Thrifty. Everyone there was great to work with. I got financing from a separate bank and they still helped me look over the paperwork to make sure I understood it and that there were no hidden fees that I didn't know about.
My experience doing business with Thrifty Car Sales of Franklin with sales and service were exceptional.I most defiantly will return for future purchases !!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Great buying experience! Let's face it finding someone who you like and trust to buy a car from is difficult at best. My family liked the experience at Thrifty so much we bought two Ford Escapes!!!!
