I can't say enough great things about my experience with Thrifty. My husband and I were looking for a used Jeep with low miles, somewhat of a unicorn unless bought new. Great experience with Sean and the crew at Thrifty’s service center today! I got in there last minute with terribly worn pads/rotors, plus I needed an oil change, they took me in at a moments notice and made a run for parts while I waited. At a price that was a fraction of what the dealer wanted. I know where I’m going for service from now on!
Great service! When most independent mechanics refused to do even basic service on my truck because “it’s a diesel”, and when the dealerships quoted astronomical figures for routine maintenance ($250 oil change!) because “it’s a diesel”, Thrifty car sales service department stepped up and earned a new customer.
