RecommendedWonderful service. Professional and cordial. Fast and efficient. Stetson was awesome. So much more professional than any airport personnel at any car rental place. I’d highly recommend to skip the airport and head to this place. Much more reasonable.
We recently rented a vehicle from the Spokane Wall St. Location. The service was excellent. They worked to get us a well performing car for the snowy weather. They assisted us with finding the best possible deal available during a busy Christmas holiday season. Lastly, we left our sons epipen in the car, and they were quick to call us about it. They kept it at the front desk labeled for us. Overall, professional, friendly and helpful customer service. Really appreciated that.
Marcus.... a salesperson in Spokane.... called my son in law out to fight him.... in front of my 4 yr old and 8 year old grandsons.... so unprofessional and appalling!!! My son in law just wanted to rent a car that was suppose to be reserved n was told that all he needed was his debit car... Marcus told him it had to be reserved ... son in law said “ wonder why he said that?” Marcus said “cuz they don’t give a s!$& about you!” Like WOW! Very upsetting!! Don’t go to this place y’all!!!
we flew into Spokane, 8 of us, Nothing would fit us, we were so mad... this person, not sure his name... black man.. made our week...my mom has never driven a Dodge Charger... omg

We had a great experience with Dale at valley location. We had seen a few of their trucks on their site. We called and Dale took time on the phone to answer questions. We felt at ease and never pressured when we visited the lot. Sales process was relaxed and we were able to make the purchase under 90 minutes.
