RecommendedJust purchased a used / rental vehicle from Thrifty Rental & Sales. Very nice vehicle for a great price - well below Blue Book value. Low miles, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The Salesman was very friendly and great to work with. What a wonderful experience! Never again will I buy from a pushy overpriced dealership / car lot as long as Thrifty is around selling good cars at a great price!

Returned our rental car and 4 days later got a bill for 714.00 for a cracked windshield that we had nothing to do with. Called and spoke to the store manger about this and he could have cared less. Told me it was out of his hands. Never will rent from and Thrifty again.
Thrifty in Spokane Valley was so good to us while our car was in the shop for almost a month!! Every time we needed to extend the rental due to our car not being done at the estimated date, they worked with us no problem! Working with Stetson was great, very friendly and professional!
