NEVER RENT FROM THESE THREE...DOLLAR, THRIFTY, HERTZ!!! THIS IS THE WORST SCAM. WE BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA-ALL PAID FOR A WEEK. WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a car rental company. They gave away our confirmed car, they were then sold out of other cars, and head office refused to modify our reservation. Big scam. If you book with Thrifty there is ZERO guarantee you’ll have a car. There is a reason why their Google reviews are so terrible!!!
This place is likely committing credit card fraud. BEWARE. Do not go here. Coworker went to pick up a vehicle with his Mastercard. He told me to come back because his card got declined even though he had sufficient funds. I came there and its a small basement room filled with clutter. They said it's required to take my drivers license as well even if I'm not driving if I pay for it. Gave them my amex, I noticed their terminals looked like a regular terminal with a phone on top. Good friendly service. The car could’ve been cleaner on the inside between the front seats, not noticed until a few days after pickup.
Great overall experience. Easy pickoff and drop off. Great customer service by Anmol and Shlok. Would definitely recommend.
