I rented a premium car as a Blue Chip member and everything was fine except they had a problem finding the keys to my selected rental. I was given another premium car and found the keys to the first car in the second car. I went back to the original car and checked out only to find a third set of keys to yet another car in the console. They need to have a bettor system for handling keys at Orlando. Ok. Didn't have mid size so got small suv. A bit of a walk from terminal to car. Also combined thrifty /dollar counter was the furthest away and live was a bit long but handled efficiently.

The arrival line is always terrible. Not enough people working everytime I rent there. Thrift and Dollar are the same company and should have more people working to get customers on their way. The cars are in very nice shape and the return process is smooth.

Easy to maneuver website. I found an excellent deal there. Had to wait 15 min in line at airport to complete process. Not available online-downside. Car was clean, stylish, dependable. Return also took about 15 minutes. Was quick and no hassle..
