We are Blue Chip member and are very happy with Thrifty rental . We usually fly into Orlando Florida airport. The agents in the garage pick up area are very helpful. Thank You.

Our car was perfect for our needs. We never had to wait long for service (picking up and dropping off). The representatives were polite and thorough.

Long wait to get the car was the only complaint. Once at the counter, the agent was very pleasant & everything was as requested. Returning the car was a breeze. Would definitely recommend Thrifty!

Great costumer service, but a few issues with the vehicle. no wiper fluid and the tire air pressure was very low.

Recomendo sim! Foi super rápido sem a necessidade de aguardar disponibilidade de carro. Ainda me deu um GPS grátis incluso no valor em todo período. Não entendi sobre o seguro direito pois aluguei pela decolar onde falava que já estava incluído. Porém não detalha muito sobre a proteção incluída. A atendente me ofereceu um seguro mais completo e uma taxa de tanque cheio onde solicitei para retirar e a mesma retirou sem dificuldade. O preço foi o melhor encontrado na época da reserva.
