Our car was perfect for our needs. We never had to wait long for service (picking up and dropping off). The representatives were polite and thorough.

Long wait to get the car was the only complaint. Once at the counter, the agent was very pleasant & everything was as requested. Returning the car was a breeze. Would definitely recommend Thrifty!
Typical rental nothing bad
Great costumer service, but a few issues with the vehicle. no wiper fluid and the tire air pressure was very low.
