Had a very nice experience from start to finish. I rent 10 plus car a year and this was my first time using Thrifty. I will be using them again.

While my overall experience with the car rental was very good. I am giving it a three star rating based on two facts. The vehicle's transmission seemed to stall a bit and had us worried it might breakdown midway through our trip. I also had an issue with the 10 mile refulling policy as the two closest gas stations to the airport spike there prices by over $2/gallon and my family vacation home is located within 15 miles from the airport with a gas station on route.
