Just want to say thanks to the staff at Three Springs Animal hospital. They called awhile back to remind us for shots for dogs we informed that Charlie our min pin passed away. Today we get this in the mail. This is why I love doing business with small businesses. So thank you Dr. Luke, Josie, Phil, Rachel, Nate, Kylee, Brandon, Brittany, and Abbie. I woke up this morning and my kitten Luna was hurting bad. I didn’t know what was wrong and every animal clinic I called was booked up for a week or more. Three Springs was also booked up but they told me if I came anyway and waited outside they’d come out as soon as they could. I only waited about 30mins (much shorter than I expected) with no appointment and they came and got her and within just a few minutes they let me know her leg was broken. You all have always been there for us and I know you truly care about each of my pets. I am always so grateful to you for your kindness and patience towards my pets, as well as your understanding and patience with me! My pets and I are so glad that you are their care provider. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had a pet emergency on MEMORIAL DAY and Dr. Luke was the first vet in town to respond and he quickly helped us! Our kitties were playing and one of them got into our fishing poles and ended up with a fishhook lodged in her tongue!!! Dr Luke met us at the clinic and took the best care of our kitty, Parker and she's now roaming around as if nothing ever happened. Thank you so much Dr. Luke for answering our call and helping our kitty!
