We are a full time property management company in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho areas. We manage investment properties for owners, provide monthly reports, provide rental of units, all aspects of on site property management from putting up a sign, screening applicants, provide all tenant notices and following with court action when needed. All services are included in the management fee. We also have in-house maintenance staff, use local licensed plumbers and electrical contractors. Avoid these slumlords – I didnt willingly get involved with this company, they bought the complex i had been living in for a year and a half. In addition, my company was a contractor for the complex (read the other reviews and you can probably figure out what service we provided) I had to fight tooth and nail to get paid for work I did, but when they thought rent was late (which it never was) they would raise hell. Decent Property Managers – I have rented from three sons for about 18 months now and I am satisfied. I have had plumbing issues, air conditioner issues, flooring issues, and a fire. All have been repaired, the floor issues took a while but I can't complain as I practically have a new kitchen floor now. I have recommended them to my brother. Trust me, there are far worse property managers out there...
The worst property management office – Tree sons property is the worst . If you need an apartment don't ever rent to them you will be better off in a Hotel or a shelter. the three ladies in the office are all related that's why they are so rude. they like to discriminate, they treat people really bad, they talk to you like your a piece of garbage. but little that they know that if it wasn't for all those people that rents from them, they would not have food on their table..... 3 Son's Property Management – This review is for the Three Son's Propety Management. I am very disappointed with this property management company. Employees are very rude and not professional. This company is not willing to work with people, despite what they say. I would not recommend this company to anyone (not even my worst enemy).
You mean slumlords right? – Ok....I lived at 2613 Dakota st. for an entire year before 3 Sons took over, and in the time the last 5 months, they managed to completely ignore the lease that I had with the last owners of the property. This resulted in them charging me for gas when this was never part of the lease. Also, they "lost" my 30 day notice when my original lease was up and then charged for an extra month after I moved out on top of an abandonment notice.
