We are a full time property management company in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho areas. We manage investment properties for owners, provide monthly reports, provide rental of units, all aspects of on site property management from putting up a sign, screening applicants, provide all tenant notices and following with court action when needed. All services are included in the management fee. We also have in-house maintenance staff, use local licensed plumbers and electrical contractors. It's a very terrible management company, always ask for money and do very poor job! I hired him, but he didn't fix my house, and keeping asking me money. If anyone wants to know the inside story, please leave me message and i will tell you how wrong he did his job
Three Sons Property Management has a rental property next to my private property. Large landscaping growth has died and collapsed onto my property blocking access to the side of of my property. Almost three months of promises and this has yet to be removed.
A successful business will have honesty,customer service, and business ethics. . This place has none of that .The owner has a mentality of a teenager. if there is an issue , He cant seem to have an adult conversation with out throwing a temper tantrum and screaming the F word.His niece Anna runs the front desk.She lack personality and communication skill as well.She should win the rudest receptionist award! WORST SERVICE EVER – I totally agree with barboa the receptionist is awful and they say things belong to you that dont belong to you. They only use names in their searches there are 70 melanie martinez in new mexico and the stuff they show for this woman does not belong to me. Instead of listening the resceptionist proceeded to yell at me and say it was mine. I took all proof that it was not mine and she still persisted it was. Very Bad Receptionist!!! – I have never been treated so unfairly and rude in all of my life!!! Why do people hire people with communication problems to work with the public? Especially receptionists!!There are self help classes that business owners would find immensly useful and worth their money to send their employees to. Especially this one! very insightful – I am in a very bad situation, and need to get out of it fast. But I'm not so desperate as to go from bad to worse just to get out of where I'm living. I am glad for the reviews and found them very helpful! I hope that those people who had the bad situations and have "inside" knowledge of what actually happens in that office, and paper work to back their claims.. Take that info to the BBB and the city. With proof, comes the right help. Obviously those people need a few lessons in how to run a business.
good company – I've rented from Three Sons Property mgmt for the past 6 years. I've never had a problem with the girls in the office or the manager. I've called for maintenance and someone comes within the next day or two. I started with a 1 bedroom and moved to a 2 bedroom and left the apartment clean, they gave me my full deposit back. Not many companies or owners do that! Maybe if someone has had a bad experience its cause you have a bad attitude or you didn't hear what you wanted to hear. You get what you give in life.

the company sucks – The ladies did not care to take care of anything you asked for.then when you move out, they charge you up the but, for things that were already there. the carpet needed to be cleaned, but i moved in the carpet was already dirty, the stove needed to be replaced,but no replacing the stove,so my family never used it. the complex really sucks on taking care of their renters.the window in my daughters room was ,lose, so anybody could take her amy time, and the parents not even know it. i am so happy that i don... read more
