We are Three Rivers Realty, not Three Rivers Property Managment. If your had a bad experience renting to from Three Rivers Property Managment, please rate them. Two of the reviews here are from tenants who breached their lease and had to be taken to the magistrate. Ms S had a mental condition and was arrested, then committed, we had no recourse but to evict her. Simply put... DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! As stated in all of these reviews, Three Rivers is absolutely the WORST rental company you will experience ever!! They will nickle and dime at every opportunity they get, but they will fail to maintain anything with regards to the property. They take well over two weeks to cash your check but they will call you on the first of the month to ask if you have put it in the mail. Would not recommend. They have no professionalism. The only ratings you will find online are extremely negative. Rick and Marian are by far the worst landlords I have ever encountered
