I am very happy with how Three Rivers Property Management looked after my rental property in Pittsburgh. They managed it from the time I bought it 3 years ago until I sold it last week. I live in Australia and so it was important to have a team I could trust to communicate with me. I found them to be very diligent and communicated well. If your moving the last thing you want is more headache. In that case, do not use this company. They ignore service requests, overcharge you, try to fine you, and when you try to ask simple questions they are rude and then hang up before you get your answer. Very unprofessional. Ignore their jobs, that they are horrible at, and then blame you for their errors.
