My 103 year old grandma has been receiving excellent care since bringing her in two days ago. She presented with confusion and declined mental state. Little did I know it was merely a UTI! I've learned so much from the nurses and staff. I feel very supported and know Gramma is getting great care. Thank you!
This hospital is not the place to take a Heart patient !!! We learned the hard way after 5 days of frustration & not one staff member giving us the same information ever, poor communication between staff & doctors. We knew after the first 24 hrs we were in the wrong place ! After years of experiencing the excellence of Rogue Regency cardiovascular care unit we were shocked at the lack in many departments at Three Rivers! I had a recent stat at Three Rivers Community Hospital due to a bad UTI & I would like to recognize the amazing nurses & CNA's I had Cyndi & Ami my nurses & Kim & Neal my CNA's I don't know there last names but they went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable & well cared for & were very caring & amazing thank u guys for the awesome care u provided to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible ☺

why would you have my 80 yr old Grandmother on portable oxygen and stage IV lung cancer wait in the waiting room for over 6 hours only to finally get to her and put her in ICU because her lungs are filled with fluid. What kind of patient care is this. I called at the 5 hour mark from Portland only to get the run around an unprofessional nurse that hung up on me. SHAME ON YOU. you took an oath
