Marvelous, simply Marvelous. My name is Michael Francis Liddon and I am a Paralyzed Marine Corps Veteran that had the privilege of being at your facility yesterday for the birth of my grandson. Everybody that I came in contact with was very Pleasurable and Professional. I came out to Oregon from New York just to see the birth. Quick, pleasant experience. I went in for a CT scan on my sinuses. Check in was quick. I was then shown to imagining. The wait was about 5 minutes. During that time there were other patients waiting and my attention was drawn to an elderly couple in wheel chairs with blankets on their laps. In my 5 minutes I heard the lady mention to her husband that she was still cold. Next thing I knew, the assistant checking patients in came out with 2 more blankets and bundled the couple up. I began here in the ER. I ended up back the next day for severe infection at which point I was admitted. I have spent more time then many in hospitals and worked in the medical field so I feel like I have had a variety of experience. I have to say. This was hands down the best all around experience I have ever had. The staff was amazing from ER to Medical Floor, to OR and PACU!!! The surgeon Wieking and his PA Rich (can't remember spelling of last name) All A+ care. My husband and I are beyond blessed by the quick respectful service!!
I checked in to the hospital yesterday to have a bone density scan and then a mammogram. I was treated very well by staff and the scans hardly took any time at all. The plus was that I was given a coffee card, a carnation and a mini calendar for next year. Thanks, Asante!
A handful of employees are the only redeeming quality of this ER. After going misdiagnosed last November and them completely missing the greenstick fracture in my leg, then being quickly shoved out the door with no iv antibiotics and no pain control after getting diagnosed with pyelonephritis last night, I will not be returning if I have the choice. From now on if my family has an emergent medical need and we are able to, we will traveling to Providence Medical Center in Medford. Oh, the food in the cafeteria isn't bad. Two ... read more
I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and was diagnosed as having a kidney stone too large to pass. I had to have surgery to put a stent in until after my baby is born. The nurses were kind and extremely patient with me and helped me throughout the night. Any questions my husband or I had were answered. I am overall happy with the care I received.
