Best doctor’s appointment ever! I talked to him like he was my best friend. And his nurse is precious!
The whole staff there is amazing..
I just called to speak with this office about an elderly friend of mine who needed to be seen. She was a patient there but hasn't been seen in three years. I understand I am not the specific individual, I was just asking what we needed to do to bring her in again to be seen and if she was still a patient there. The lady that I spoke to was CINDY and she was very rude and short. As a receptionist she should have a pleasant and friendly attitude. This was definitely not the case. This was the most unprofessional place I’ve been to, the people upfront were rude disrespectful impatient and even disrespectful. I will never go back even if my job prefers me to go that way again I’ll find another clinic out of my way.!
Respectfully, this facility was not welcoming at all. I am not sure if race is playing a factor in how they are treating their patients, but my experience at this facility was NOT very pleasant at all. The receptionist was quite rude, there were two nurses in the back. The nurse that called me back to be seen by the doctor was just as unpleasant as the receptionist.
