Walked in and tried to talk to the receptionist who might be the hostile and rude receptionists I have met anywhere. Wasn’t really given the chance to explain why I was there when she grabbed a piece of paper I was given from my work with their number. Best doctor’s appointment ever! I talked to him like he was my best friend. And his nurse is precious!
The whole staff there is amazing..
I just called to speak with this office about an elderly friend of mine who needed to be seen. She was a patient there but hasn't been seen in three years. I understand I am not the specific individual, I was just asking what we needed to do to bring her in again to be seen and if she was still a patient there. The lady that I spoke to was CINDY and she was very rude and short. As a receptionist she should have a pleasant and friendly attitude. This was definitely not the case. This was the most unprofessional place I’ve been to, the people upfront were rude disrespectful impatient and even disrespectful. I will never go back even if my job prefers me to go that way again I’ll find another clinic out of my way.!
