If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude is an understatement. Seems to be the consensus on the reviews. Don't waste your time. Cindy is a miserable old lady, and I use that term loosely, who needs people skills. The nurse on the phone had to put in her 2 cents as well. I will never come back here. I will drive out of my way before I waste my time at this place again. Avoid at all costs.
Unfortunately, costumer service isn’t their speciality. Guess good help is hard to find these days. Front desk lady is abrasive and rude.
Three Rivers Medical is definitely not a place I will be going back to. The receptionist is the rudest I've had yet. She treats you like you're there to ruin her day. I came here for my pre-employment tests, and the receptionist made it very difficult.
I've used this clinic twice for occupational drug tests. While the nurse that assisted me was decently friendly, the receptionist (Cindy) was incredibly rude. I was polite to her in every aspect, yet she was snarky to me and to my employer when they called for clarification on something.
