Dr.Sass is a great guy! He obviously has a knack for what he does and does it very well!! His staff is very polite and respectful, however the only two things his office is lacking is Internet WiFi and coffee!!
I've had two appointments there. The doc was late for both. By over an hour the first time and 55 min the second time. I scheduled the second appointment for 8:05am so I could avoid a wait, yet I ended up leaving without seeing the doctor because I had a meeting. Time is scarce. I value my time and others. If I had waited longer, my team who would have had to wait. It would have thrown their days off too. It is inconsiderate. I'm not giving him any more of my time or money.
