RecommendedI recently had my first appointment here. I had to drive over an hour to get there, and was expecting the same lame experiences I’ve had with previous dermatologists. Boy was I wrong! I was blown away by the amazing staff, and Dr. Sass is amazing! I had an extremely thorough visit. The quick tour was awesome, and the skin care staff answered a lot of questions I had about general skin care. I even booked a facial! This is definitely my go to place for all things skin care!
After almost $4000 spent in five months, I have a left cheek, that sags one and half inches lower than the right cheek. The Doctor would do nothing to make it right. Save your hard earned money and see a Plastic Surgeon. This 15 year Dermatology patient is no longer returning to this business. It's all about the money, and no customer satisfaction. Glad the damage they did will eventually go away in a year or two.
This was my third visit. I was there for the first time in 2015 and again in 2017. My third visit was earlier this week. My first two visits I was very happy. This time I felt like all they wanted to do is push product. Seriously I spent more time touring Windy Ridge and being talked to about their services and products than I did with the PA. I was there because of a medical concern not to get a facial.
Wonderful Doctors and the staff are exceptional.
If you must go to this office I would recommend an NP as opposed to the doctor. But another office would be my recommendation.
