Staff is very friendly. I think I found a new dentist home for my family!
what does this mean? The receptionist was a great help to me, however, I did not feel comfortable with either the dentist or her assistant. They did not put a paper bib on me, but the dentist used my shirt to wipe off her pick. I felt that I had to ask spicific questions to get answers. When I asked if the dentist if she was to perform the root canal, I was told only that she did not have the time that day. My front tooth crown came off unexpectantly. I am so grateful your team called me back and worked me in at short notice. Dr. Monroe is amazing. She is so personable and made me feel very comfortable and totally at ease in her capable hands. Thank you everyone for helping me out. I really appreciate everything your entire gang did for me. I really like 3 Rivers Dental. Dr Monroe is in my opinion a great dentist. Since I'm 65, I have had a lot of Dental work and a lot of dentists. Give this practice a try....you won't be sorry. Debbie R.
