I lost a crown that was put in years ago by a since retired dentist. I was referred to Three Rivers and Dr. Monroe by a family member. Being a new patient and them fitting me in on short notice I didn't know what to expect or if they could fix the problem at the first appointment. Both Dr. Monroe and her assistant treated me great, like I had been a patient for years. I appreciated the electronic and personal phone call reminder of the dental appointment. My appointment time was honored with no waiting period and service was excellent.
Eased my mind! I recently was in for two fillings. That sounds pretty routine but sine I only had cleanings for the past ten or so years I was a little apprehensive. In addition, my allergies provided more issues for me by limiting my nasal passages. The experience was good. From the first contact with Amy at the front desk prior to the visit.
