Choosing to begin the hospice process for a loved one can be scary. Three Oaks Hospice was an absolute God send for our family as we walked my Mother In Law into heaven June 6th. Missy was our liaison--she was able to get all the medical records within 24 hours, she spent a lot of time with my MIL and my husband and I to fully evaluate and explain what was happening and was so compassionate and caring! She kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. The only reason I am even giving them 1 star, is for the fact that they gave us access to meds to keep my mom comfortable that we probably would not have had access to should she not have been on hospice. Do not use this company. Unorganized, not knowledgeable in care needed, lack of compassion, no support, hard to reach for communication. If I could have changed the services to another company, I would have. Extremely disappointed and was the worst experience I have ever had.
