Very poor state affairs at this complex. They tell you that you can only have up to four tenants in a two bedroom apartment, and no more than two automobiles per apartment. Yet there are several apartments with more then the allowed tenants, and you can hardly get a parking space in from of the building you live in. This means your parking in front of other tenants buildings just to get a place to park. I would not recommend living here and would highly encourage you to look other places. I hope your place is better. Im in Overland Park, KS and this is what I faced! This has been the WORST experience I have EVER HAD with an apartment, and thats saying a lot since I came from Vegas! I moved here on 8/7/09. I was told that if I got here before 6pm that I would sign the lease and get my keys to move in. I drove for 12 HOURS to get here and it took screaming at them to be able to get in!
