A Norwood home I considered was fully remodeled (reconfigured floor plan, added bathroom/plumbing lines, laundry, upgraded electrical panel) all without building permits or a certificate of occupancy for said work. Less than 2 months after moving in the HVAC system is leaking between floors causing water damage and mold. After initially offering to help I was ghosted by the company.
