Churches should set up a fund to help families that need to lay their loved ones to rest! When my husband passed the day after Thanksgiving, I was told that I would need $1200 to place his ashes in a plot next to his parents where there was a plot and stone waiting for him...paid for by his family in the 1980s. His ashes sat on the desk of a funeral director from November until this past Thursday.
