I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent appointment I had at your salon. Not once but twice was this done to me. My appointment was scheduled, but upon arrival, no staff were present to provide the service. We waited for 1 hours and tried to contact the salon, but we received no response. They reassured me to come to the salon the next day and that this wouldn’t happen again when I arrived there was a person in the chair and the stylist told me to go get something to eat and come back. I took my 9-year-old daughter on October 19, 2025, to get her hair done, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My daughter is very tender-headed, and instead of being patient or gentle, the stylist showed no understanding or care. What really shocked me was how she spoke to both me and the children — completely unprofessional and unnecessary. She even got upset that my daughter took a lollipop from a candy jar that was clearly meant for kids. On top of the poor attitude, she charged $85 for just two cornrows... read more
